Pumpkin Pie Bread || Holiday Bread

Pumpkin Pie Bread || Holiday Bread

Where there is bread, there Michelle will be with a stick of butter.

Y’all. (No I’m not southern, it just felt like it fit.) I LOVE BREAD. I have since I was a wee one. Any holiday feast or Sunday roast was not without my Grandma Jean’s homemade rolls. They are soft, buttery, and oh sooooo delicious! Especially when it was paired with her strawberry jelly. So good!

As much as I love eating bread, I was never very good at making bread until I found Zoe Francois and Jeff Hertzberg’s Artisan Bread In Five Minutes A Day cookbooks and website. MY LIFE WAS FOREVER CHANGED when it came to bread making. Then last winter they came out with their Holiday and Celebration Bread Cookbook and the mic dropped.

I haven’t cracked the cookbook open since last winter, and last week I made a really quick and easy Pumpkin Pie Bread. It smells and tastes divine.

One thing I will try next time before baking is folding in raisins. Some people aren’t a raisin fan, but I think the raisins mixed in would add another level yummy to this bread.

I cannot wait to try some of the more beautiful breads they have in their cookbook and share them with you along with the recipes. This particular recipe is available in their cookbook.

Also, if you do not follow Zoe on Instagram, I HIGHLY recommend it! She shares her baking tips and beautiful cakes, breads, and more! They will make you drool!
