5th grade. How are we here already?

I mentioned this on an Instagram post, but I never knew how much I truly wanted a daughter until the Dr. told me we were having a girl.

Brooklynn exudes joy. She loves people. Is always smiling. Loves being a part of whatever is going on. She has a thousand words and then some. She is crazy creative and is truly a joy to be around. And as hard as it is to know she is getting older, mainly because I’m just getting younger… LOL, I love that we are constantly growing into becoming friends. Because one day she will no longer be 10, but 20 (sweet Jesus let’s just take our time getting there though…) and I am soaking in every moment.

Here’s to another school year growing, maturing, and watching her become the awesome young lady that she is.
